Brookfield Heights is home to over 300 single family homes. The community was set-up with aesthetics in mind. With beautiful landscaping and a well maintained community park, this is a great place to call home. With covenants in the community, the neighborhood continues to be a beautiful place to live.
The community also has multiple events throughout the year headed by the Brookfield Heights Homeowners Association elected Board Members. The community has annual events such as a neighborhood wide garage sale, usually planned for the first Saturday in May, and an Easter Egg Hunt in the Spring at the community park which typically brings a large crowd.
